What I Keep, What I Don't
If you fill out a form here, I use the information to respond to you and do the work you asked about. That's the whole idea.
What the forms collect
The project intake asks for the details I need to understand your business, your website, and how to reach you. The free homepage mockup form collects your business name, current website, the one thing you want your site to do, and your email address.
Please only send information you are comfortable sharing for a website project or a mockup request.
Where submissions go
Website intake and mockup submissions are handled by Netlify Forms and delivered to me by email. I use them to reply, prepare your project, and keep a record of our conversation.
What I do not do
I do not sell or share your information. I do not use it for someone else's marketing. I do not add you to a mailing list just because you sent a form.
Booking data
Consultations are booked through Acuity Scheduling. Acuity handles the information you enter while booking under its own privacy policy. I see the appointment details needed to meet with you.
Want something deleted?
Email hello@leslewisconsulting.com and tell me what you want deleted. I will remove the form submission and related project notes I hold, unless I need to keep something for an active project or a legal record.
